Tell us what stops if it stops
One sentence about what a failure actually halts tells us more than a list of equipment does, and it decides what the first visit should be.
Talk it through
A two-minute conversation settles more than a form does. Call and describe the problem, and we will tell you honestly whether it is ours to fix. We work across Salinas and its neighbours.
Telephone
(831) 279-0892
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
There is no email address on this site yet. When there is one it will be a real address that somebody reads.
Who we come out to
Salinas, Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, Castroville, Marina, Prunedale and Chualar. Just outside that, ask — it depends on the week rather than on the boundary.
Two things we will say on the telephone
If the room is refrigerated, the call is not ours — cold rooms, coolers and process cooling are a different trade. And we do not sell a 24-hour response guarantee; we will tell you what we can actually do instead.
